The Australian Consolidated Insurance Limited group of companies is now in the final regulatory approval phases of the proposed "reverse takeover" transaction with NZX listed company Lombard Group Ltd. We will shortly be in a position to announce the details of the transaction and expect our listing to take place in mid January 2010. We will be announcing a capital raising for existing shareholders and new investors.
