City Pacific Insurance Acquisition

Australian Consolidated Insurance Limited, announces the completion of its first acquisition, financial services company City Pacific Insurance Services Pty Ltd. The company's name has been changed to ACI Broking Services Pty Limited (AFS Licence Number 246539) and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Australian Consolidated Insurance Limited group of companies. Trading under this licence has commenced today.
This provides the group licencing for retail broking operations in Australia with offices opening in Western Australia and New South Wales.
