Jascad Australia Pty Ltd Acquisition

Australian Consolidated Insurance Limited, announces the completion of the acquisition of Queensland based insurance broking firm Jascad Australia Pty Ltd (AFS Licence Number 246500) effective 24th May 2006. Jascad is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Australian Consolidated Insurance Limited group of companies. Trading under the existing licence Jascad has been renamed Aurora Underwriting Agency Pty Ltd initially servicing the group insurance broking firms for their specialist market segment insurance needs.
A Chief Executive Officer will be appointed in due course, in the meantime Wayne Miller will manage the company.
