Australian Consolidated Insurance Limited announces the completion of the acquisition of Perth based insurance broking firm John Allen Insurance Brokers effective 31st May 2008. John Allen Insurance Brokers becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of the Australian Consolidated Insurance Limited group of companies.
This acquisition of highly experienced brokers further strengthens the WA broking team of 27 staff.
I am delighted to announce that Principal John Allen will take an instrumental role in the corporate insurance broking business growth and development of our group across Australia. The John Allen team has moved into our new premises, Australian Consolidated House, with ACI Broking (WA) Pty Ltd this week.
Current ACI Broking (WA) Pty Ltd WA Chief Executive Neil Watson assumes responsibility for the combined operations.
