Mr Jacobs has been with ACIL since its inception and is its chief financial officer and company secretary. He is responsible for due diligence investigations on acquisitions, finance, compliance and information technology. He commenced his career with chartered accounting firm Deloittes in South Africa where he rose to audit manager before embarking on a career in commerce. He has performed the roles of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for medium to large companies for the past 14 years, including 3 years as a partner and director of a large consulting firm in the construction and engineering industry. He also has experience with quality control systems and human resources.
